Buildings Projects

The company has extensive experience in implementing various building complex projects with related infrastructures and services, including offices, apartments, dormitories, hospitals, and educational institutes. They are currently working on several projects, including a teaching hospital and university colleges..

Water treatment projects

The Emergency Water Project in Al-Muthanna Province, funded by the World Bank, involved the installation of a 24,000-meter Ductile Pipeline (Diameter 700 mm) in Samaoa city. Additionally, a 2,500 M3 capacity concrete storage tank with chlorinators system and pumps were constructed, along with all necessary accessories, fittings, and valves chambers.

Electrical power projects

Our experience in the electrical power field encompasses the successful completion of diverse projects, including backup diesel power generation plants, various sub-stations, and low, medium, and high voltage networks. Based on these achievements and our strong foundation, we have expanded our scope to include ultra-voltage transmission lines, sub-stations, and more, going beyond power transmission lines.

Infra-structure projects

Our interest in this field significantly escalated after closely observing the growing demand and recognition for infrastructure projects in Iraq. Chartered Group successfully completed two infrastructure projects involving comprehensive networks for sewer, storm water, domestic water, irrigation water, electrical, data, and communications, as well as lifting and pumping stations, transmission lines, street lighting, roads paving, walkways paving, and landscaping.

Roads & traffic projects

The World Bank funded the rehabilitation of an 82 km expressway, which involved improving the road foundation, milling and replacing old asphalt with a specialized bitumen (Bitumen PG 76-10) to withstand local conditions. The project also included enhancing road shoulders, installing new guard rails, painting, and providing traffic signs. The company was the first to implement this innovative method in Iraq.

Oil & gas projects

Leveraging Iraq’s prominence in the Oil & Gas industry, CHC management strategically utilized their experience and capabilities to establish a strong position in the market. As a reliable local partner for international companies, they provided logistic services and successfully executed two 75,000 barrel per day refineries.
